Your evening at Vita Nova begins with an appetizer, specialty breads, wine samples, and signature salad. Entree selection from our menu will determine the Style of Service that you will receive. Choices for Russian or French table service require a minimum of two or more individuals at the table selecting the same entree. (American Service does not require a minimum number of orders.) Our wine list offers a variety of American, Australian, and European wines. Many of our wines can be purchased bythe glass. As an appropriate finale to the evening, your service team will present a selection of sumptuous desserts.
